Snakes

He blends in really well, doesn't he.

With in the last week we have seen two big snakes and two baby snakes. Vern found the first one and well he took care of it. The two baby snakes we chased out by the lawn mower and I think Scott got one of them. The last one Scott found while picking up a log from this huge wood pile. The wood pile came with the house when we bought it. Long story short, the snake was a copper head, and Scott took care of it. I thought of the scripture in Genesis "...And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers, he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel." I was hoping that the striking would not be part of the equation, and thank God no one was bitten. Anyway we had an eventful last couple of days. We decided not to burn any more wood at night.

Back to school

So I am really going to try and keep this updated. Nothing fancy for now..... At least better than I did before.
This post will have to be short, since I'm up because we had smores after Bible study. But yes if you have not heard, Scott and I are both thinking of going back to college. Please pray that if it is God's will, it will all work out.
Oh and the Merida's have custody of all four of the little ones :O) Yeah! Now they are just waiting on birth certificates and other documents to be completed. How exciting! God is so good.
